The major interior renovation of the District Magistrate's office was completed as a design/build project. Sponaugle Construction Services addressed the District Judge's space needs and unique considerations of public access, security and convenience. Construction was completed well ahead of schedule, allowing the tenant to move in early and set up for the increased traffic experienced with the commencement of the fall school year at Penn State University.
